- We are in-network with Delta Dental PPO.
- Besides Delta PPO, we are an out-of-network practice, but we will gladly submit your insurance claim to your insurance company for you.
- Regardless of what plan you have, we expect any portion of the payment that is the patient's responsibility to be rendered at the time of service.
- We believe in providing the best care for our patients and will not let insurance companies influence treatment based on their coverage.
